Product Deliveries
OVSI will make every effort to arrange for timely delivery of products to the address in Canada indicated on your order form. Please refer to the Buy DVD section of this website for additional shipping and handling information.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the DVD you have purchased, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Before returning a product, however, please contact our sales department to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), which must appear on your return. Some restrictions may apply. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. Returned DVD’s must be delivered to the following address:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control or force majeure, OVSI will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations to you, in whole or in part, or for any damage or loss you may suffer.
